Socialising is healthy for anyone’s mind, body and soul.

I learnt this recipe while socialising only. One of my very good friend made this and it became the conversation starter. This easy peasy appetizer is a hit in all my parties and they are so easy and fun to prepare.

Ingredients

Baby corn – 18pcs

Refined flour – 3/4 cup

Salt – a pinch

Chilli flakes – 1 tsp

Oil – 1tbsp

Carrom seeds – 1/2tsp

Water – for binding the dough and boiling corn

Method

1. Boil enough water with salt so that all baby corn can soak in it.

2. Put baby corn in hot boiling water for 1 minute. Now take it out. Cool them

3. Now take a heavy bottom bowl, add refined flour, salt, chilli flakes, carrom seeds and oil and make a dough. Take little water to bind the dough together. And cover this mixture with damp cloth for about 15 minutes.

4. Now roll the dough in thin big roti. Now cut straight 1 inch strips and wrap it around corn like a baby.

5. Now these little beautiful corn cigars are ready to fry.

Enjoy with any dip of your choice.
