This creamy dessert will seal the deal for everyone on any occasion. Enjoy it, share it and treasure all the happiness around because food is for eating but good food is to be enjoyed – Delia Smith

Ingredients

Filling

Butter – 6 tbsp

Chocolate milk powder- 5 tbsp

Water – 2 tbsp

Powdered sugar – 4 tbsp

Coffee – 2 tbsp

For dipping biscuits

Water – 1cup

Coffee – 2 tbsp

For icing

Cream – 180 ml

Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp

Powdered sugar – 2tbsp

Glucose biscuits – 2 packets

Method

1. Take a small bowl with warm water and add chocolate milk powder and mix well till all the crystals dissolves.

2. Now take another bowl for beating and beat butter, then add dissolved chocolate milk powder mixture, coffee and powdered sugar. And beat well till it gets a smooth icing like texture. If it is not smooth doesn’t matter it will add crunch to the pudding. Keep this mixture aside.

3. Now boil 1 cup of water and add 2 tbsp of coffee. Let this mixture cool down. Pour it out in a small bowl. Keep aside for later use.

4. Now take another bowl for icing. Take 180 ml of cream and add powdered sugar and beat on speed 1. Add cocoa powder and beat again. You have to beat till soft peaks arrives and icing starts leaving the bowl..

**Use chilled cream for beating

**Be careful overbeating can spoil your cream.

5. Now let’s start assembling the dish. Take the coffee concoction bowl, glucose biscuits, coffee and butter mixture and a flat dish to a clean work station.

6. Now dip your glucose biscuits one by one in coffee concoction for about 3 seconds and immediately place it in a flat dish like a pattern. Cover the base of the flat dish with soaked biscuits properly.

7. Now scoop or pipe down your butter mixture on top of biscuits and cover the biscuits well. Now again place one more layer of coffee soaked biscuits and spread the butter mixture on top.

8. Now get the cream icing, either pipe down or spread it on the butter mixture. Play with your creativity here and garnish it with chocochips and chill in the fridge.

9. Bring the pudding to room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Enjoy this dreamy, soft, creamy and chocolatey pudding with your friends and family.
